Refurbished Product Warranty Terms and Conditions
Techsole Innovations Private Limited (the "Company") provides a limited warranty on refurbished products ("Products") purchased from our website ("Website"). This warranty is offered solely to the original purchaser of the Product ("Customer") and in not assignable or transferable
Return Protocol: Customers can return their Products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:
- The Product must be in the original condition.
- All accessories (charger, cable, etc.) included in the box are present.
- The Product has not been tampered with or damaged by the Customer.
- The Product should be packed in the original undamaged box of Reswap
Procedure for Return within 15 Days:
- Contact our customer support for an immediate and swift process.
- Provide the reason for returning the product, along with an unboxing video and photos of any damage or issues you've encountered.
- Please provide your feedback on whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement for your order.
- Receive approval and wait peacefully for your refund or replacement.
Note: Delivery charges will be deducted in cases of return which will be subject to company policy.
Warranty Frame: The warranty coverage for smartphones is six (6) months, commencing from the invoice date issued by Techsole Innovations Private Limited.
Warranty Coverage Conditions: The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Acts of God, spills of food or liquids, wrong adjustments to consumer controls such as New UI elements, Redesigned settings page, third party launchers etc, or any other acts beyond the Company's control, Strikes, Government actions etc
- Defects not resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Performance variations arising due to the passage of time, sustained usage, climatic conditions, or the entry of extraneous particles.
To validate your warranty :-
- Please provide the IMEI/Serial number of your device.
- Please provide clear images of the front, side, and back of your device before sending it for repair. You may also be asked to provide a video demonstrating the issue.
- The reason for returning the device should match the reported issue or grade mismatch. If there's a discrepancy, the return request may be cancelled.
Warranty Coverage May Cease Under the Following Conditions:
- Incorrect or Missing Device Information: If you provide an incorrect or missing IMEI/Serial number when making a warranty claim, it may be invalidated.
- Tampering with the Device: Any alteration, modification, or removal of the device's IMEI/Serial number will void the warranty.
- Failure to Report Issues Timely: If you don't report a defect or malfunction within the specified warranty period, your claim may not be honoured.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Using unauthorized accessories or software can void the warranty and may lead to device malfunctions or security risks.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Quality Control: Devices with reported issues will undergo quality control checks.
- Data Backup: The customer is responsible for backing up their data before sending the device for repair or replacement. The company is not liable for data loss.
- Non-Warranty Charges: The customer will be charged for any repairs or parts not covered by the warranty.
- Product Information Changes: The company reserves the right to modify warranty information, product features, and specifications without prior notice.
- We may repair or replace your device during the warranty period. A replacement device may have a shorter warranty period. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund your device based on our company policy.
- If you find any damage or physical issues with your device, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide an unboxing video as proof of the device's condition upon receipt.
- Any replaced parts, boards, or equipment will become the property of the company.
- Please ensure that the device is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We reserve the right to charge a fee for improper packaging.
- The company may outsource warranty services without prior notice.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the company and the customer.

- This Limited Warranty Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Techsole Innovations Private Limited (the “Company”) and the customer (the “Customer”) who purchases a product covered by this Agreement. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the limited warranty provided by the Company.
- Before returning a mobile the device should be formatted and the screen lock(pin, pattern or fingerprint) must be disabled.
Warranty Claim Process:
- To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact Techsole Innovations Private Limited customer support within the warranty period.

- The Customer will be required to provide original proof of purchase (invoice) and a detailed description of the issue.
- The Company may request additional information or diagnostics to verify the warranty claim.
- Once the claim is verified, the Company will offer the Customer one of the following options:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the Product with a refurbished unit of equivalent functionality.
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Important:
- The Customer is responsible for backing up any data on the Product before returning it for warranty service. The Company is not responsible for data loss.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the Product for warranty service. The Company will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to the Customer.
- The warranty is not transferable.
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Company. The Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The company's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of use, or inconvenience. This limitation applies to all claims, including those related to negligence or product liability. By accepting the product, the customer agrees to these terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
