• All original accessories (charger, cable, etc.) must be included and undamaged.
3. Original Packaging:
• The device must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• The original packaging must be in good condition.
4. Defective Devices:
• If you receive a device that is defective, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receipt. We will gladly replace the device or issue a full refund.

Return and Exchange Process:

2. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or a copy of your receipt.
