1. Introduction

Welcome to Techsole Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("Techsole Innovations," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and any other online services or functionalities we offer (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

You agree to notify Techsole Innovations immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

• You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner.
• You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.
• You will not misuse, harm, or disrupt the Platform or any underlying networks or services.
• You will not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.  
• You will not violate the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Content ownership
4. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and upload to the Platform. However, by uploading content, you grant Techsole Innovations a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content on the Platform.
5. Techsole Innovations Content: The Platform contains content owned by Techsole Innovations, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. You may not use this content without our prior written permission.

7. Availability: We strive to make the Platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
8. Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Platform, but we cannot guarantee it is always complete or up-to-date.

Warranties: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.  
10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.  

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We may also terminate your account at any time.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.  

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms for any updates.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Techsole Innovations regarding your use of the Platform.
