What is the difference between a second-hand phone and a refurbished phone?

A second-hand phone is pre-owned and sold "as-is," with minimal or no checks for quality or functionality. A refurbished phone, on the other hand, undergoes rigorous inspections and repairs to ensure it meets certain standards. For instance, refurbished phones sold by Reswap undergo 48-point quality checks to restore them to like-new condition, and they come with a warranty (up to six months), unlike second-hand phones.

How to avail warranty on my device? Is there any device replacement policy?

Please contact us at support@reswap.in. You can also call us at+91-8139 00 33 07. Reswap will repair your product or will provide a replacement or refund within 6 months of your receipt in case the product turns out to be defective within the warranty period.
Easy refund/replacement of device within 15 days of delivery. In case the phone you want is out of stock, you can choose to buy another one or claim a full refund. For a successful replacement, keep the device's original packaging, MRP tag, and accessories with it.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for this purchase?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is possible throughout India. Reswap also accepts UPI, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards as payment modes to ensure a smooth, flexible payment process.

What are the options for EMI payments available?
