Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day full refund for refurbished mobiles if returned in original condition (as described) within the timeframe. Software issues are not covered.

For screen malfunctions:

We offer a 6-month warranty. If your screen malfunctions (dead pixels, touch issues, etc. without manual intervention), contact us within 30 days. Provide a video of the issue and return the product for repair or a free replacement. Accidental damage is not covered. You are responsible for return shipping.
