- Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations within India. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your postal code on the checkout page or contact our customer support directly.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will apply only on returns.
- Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 business days after processing. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: These may include severe weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation strikes, customs delays, or other events beyond our control.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the provided link or on your profile dashboard.
- Signature on Delivery
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Ensure someone is available to sign for the package to avoid delays in delivery.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
We will make three delivery attempts to deliver your order. If all attempts fail, your package will be returned to the warehouse. You may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
- Order Changes or Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations of your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item or believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue 1 as per our return and refund conditions.
